In a leafy, quiet neighbourhood, in walking distance to a lovely swimming beach, Praias de Caxias and the train station.
Ample free parking available for car owners. On the public bus route.
Excellent wii-fi and tv included. The area is considered the tech hub of Portugal often referred to as "Oeiras Valley".
All the amenities you would expect in a modern kitchen, as well as a dishwasher, blender, airfryer etc.
The main bedroom has a double bed while the second bedroom has two stacked single beds.
There is one comfortable bathroom with a large shower.
 
Caxias, which is approximately half-way between Lisbon and Cascais hosts two top international schools nearby. St Dominic`s International School and Oeiras International School.
There are numerous beautifully maintained parks nearby and new paddle courts 300 meters away.
Excellent shopping mall at Oeiras Parque is 2.6km away as well as stand-alone supermarkets like the new Auchan store which is 1.6km away.
 
The train runs along the coast between Lisbon and Cascais giving you access to the many beaches.
An excellent cycling track runs along the coast to Lisbon which is a fantastic easy ride.
