The apartment is located in a quiet and green part of Malešice. The windows of the living room and bedroom No. 1 point onto the south in the green, the windows of the other two bedrooms on the north to the former farmhouse and the playground. This is a corner apartment, under which the drying room is located.
The whole apartment is after complete reconstruction (electricity, floor - tiles, walls, all equipment). It`s keept always very clean. All rooms have lined carpets, interior blinds, curtains or curtains and decorative curtains.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a large cabinet with a mirror, 2 bedside tables, an entrance to the glazed loggia.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 140cm wide beds, large wardrobes, bedroom No. 3 plus a 3m long work table and a mobile chair.
The living room has a large comfortable sofa, coffee table, dining table for at least 6 people, comfortable chairs, large TV, historical cabinet.
The kitchen has a small dining table for up to 3 people under the window. There is built-in cupboard, electric stove with oven, electric kettle, microwawe, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, enough dishes.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, the bathroom has a big shower, a large wardrobe and toiletries, additional storage areas are in the closet under the washbasin and on the mobile multi-stage table next to the wash-basin. Above the washing machine and on the walls are enough racks for towels.
In the corridor there is a hanging wall, a large mirror, a bench with a smaller shoe space and a home phone. There is also a wardrobe big 3x2 m with cabinet wall, drying machine a hanger for a large amount of shoes. A smaller part of the cabinet is designed for cleaning agents.
The apartment equipment includes a safe, a folding laundry dryer, an iron. We can arrange a special chairs for small kids and a baby bed. You can park your car outside on a quiet street.
My wife is in charge of the renting, she used to work in a similiar field in the past. She likes to keep the accommodation in exemplary quality and enjoys taking care of it, just like our own home. Which is why we hope you will always feel good in our rents. We enjoy travelling, doing sports - especially bike, ski, water sports, turistics. We like good books, history, nature, good food, visit various concerts and galleries.
