On the ground level there are a couple of coffee shops and a small supermarket; while only a five minute walk away you will find the bus station, train station, centre of Lagos, restaurants and shops. There are also two different beautiful beaches within ten minutes walking distance.
Absolutely no need to hire a car unless you want to as most things within easy reach!
The apartment itself has been recently updated with a brand new kitchen, including electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and electric kettle. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine.
The brand new bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, vanity unit, toilet and bidet.
