Welcome to "the village": this hip residential area is the most popular amongst locals attracted to affordable downtown apartments. The area is packed with restaurants, cafes, parks, pubs and culture (Budapest Jazz Club, galleries, theater...). The Danube, the public market (Lehel), the largest mall (WestEnd) are just 5 minutes away.
The apartment is located on the top floor so there is lots of daylight (lift is available). It has been fully renovated and refurbished 5 years ago. Windows face the inner yard (so absolutely no street noise). The apartment below is short term rental so that could be a potential source of noise occasionally (in case of late checkins).
Two completely separately accessible bedrooms are available with bathroom and living room between. One of the can also be used as an office/study with a desk included.
