Möblierte 1 zimmer Wohnung zur miete in Budapest, Ungarn

The apartment is the only flat on the 4th floor of a really authentic house in the center of Budapest, at Rákoczi tér in the Palace District.
The flat has one small bedroom and a large living space with the open kitchen.
There is a kitchen island with a cooker, and pots and pans. There is a walk-in wardrobe by the bathroom. The private terrace is accessible from the living room. I live in this flat, however I will be moving out for a couple of months, the flat is equipped for living has everything you would need for feeling at home. I would like to rent it to someone who will treat it as their own, as I put all my heart in making this a home, ideally to one person or a couple. I would like to have a quick call before making the booking to get to know each other.
Please note that since the photos were taken a bedroom was made in the apartment and there are a lot more plants and some personal belongings as well. You will have to water the plants and take care of my personal stuff (books, games etc.)
