The bedroom was nice, everything as you can see in the pictures. The only bad thing is that the window is full of pigeon droppings, and even having cleaning service inlcuded twice a week they don't do anything to fix this. When it rains and droppings get wet, it gets so smelly that you cannot even think about open the window. The location is really good. The living room is quite bad: As you can see in the pictures, no window and there is only one sofa for 3 people in a 7 people flat. Kitchen: forget about doing any dinner all the flatmates together because there are not even 7 chairs there, not even space in the table. In the pictures you will see an oven and a washing machine but the landlord removed it at the beggining of the semester so there are no longer there. Some things that are not said here: The cleaning lady enters the room without asking for any permission even being slept because she has a copy of our room keys (closing then with key is useless). Landlord and the other workers come when they want with their keys and control what's going on at the apartment whenever they want. Overnight guests are allowed but after the second night you will pay. No privacy at all. I would definitely not recommend this place for any student.

The place is directly in front of the Jardim Gulbenkian, that's really nice!!! Also there are a lot of shopping places close by and it's just a few metres to Parque Eduardo VII and almost 1km to Marques de Pombal with the Avenida de Liberdade in front of it. My room and the bathroom were painted directly before I moved in, but I guess just because of mold. The room is kind of dark, so in summer it's not getting too hot inside, but during the winter it's really cold - don't worry, you can get an electric heater for your room. The living room is without window and too small for 7 flatmates. Cleaning ladies are coming twice a week, but they aren't really nice and the flat is still kind of dirty afterwards. So all in all it's just ok.

The flat had a great location, close to metro, in the middle of a student area, within walking distance to shops (LIDL, Pingo Doce,..) and right opposite to one of the most beautiful parks in Lisbon. It was truly the best location me and my flatmates could wish for! The flat was nice and cosy, all facilities were good, the only minus was probably the common room which was much smaller than it looked like on the pictures.
