The studio is located on the first floor of a building situated in the city center. The bed is a sofa bed and can be extended. It is equipped with numerous wardrobes, providing enough space to store clothes and other personal items.
The apartment includes basic appliances and additional equipment for a comfortable stay, with the possibility of a one-time surcharge upon arrival:

The surcharge for the listed equipment is not intended as an additional cost but has been introduced to allow for lower rental prices for individuals who do not need this equipment or those who bring their own.
Other amenities are available upon request, depending on your needs. The amount listed for additional equipment applies for the entire rental period and is paid in full upon arrival at the accommodation. The listed rental price is for one person. For a second person, the surcharge depends on the length of the rental. The reservation includes accommodation only for registered guests. Any additional person staying overnight is subject to a fee of 12 € per night. Guests may have visitors, but visitors staying longer than two hours will be considered additional guests and a fee will also apply. Failing to report additional guests may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Sharing the entry code with other people is strictly prohibited. This measure has been implemented for safety reasons and legal obligations and is important for the protection of all guests and hosts. The building's common public areas are under surveillance cameras.
