As per general contract, in case utilities accedes more than 15% of rental fee (in proper use not), tenant should cover the extra costs of electricity bill. Weekly cleaning is advised, I can send our reliable cleaning person. Apt. should be returned in fully cleaned state, refilled with cleaning products used.
