I've stayed at Rouzbeh's apartment and it's a gem in Tehran- lovely host with his wife! Great location close to Azadi and #1 Sadeghiyeh Square (mall, park, shoplots) I walked many times at this areas and I totally missed them. I never stopped being happy from the time I arrived until I left. I must say that everything was excellent. As for the room, I feel like home and exceedingly comfortable. If in winter, the room balcony will be so pleasant for a warmth tea beside the snow (what an imagination!) Plus, at rooftop has the most stunning view of night (; Mr Rouzbeh service was spot on and I particularly enjoyed the delish Iranian cuisine served by his wife. We been to Isfahan which was a fantastic journey! If you have some plans in Iran, he will be at your service for a private trip directly to your destination, taking care from the moment you arrived at the airport or simply strolling the neighbourhood if you're not too busy. So not having to worry where to go with your partner/alone. Positioned near Tarash metro station, it's so convenient for you to explore Tehran on your own too. Most recommended staying here. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Mr Rouzbeh est un homme gentil.mais il n'hésite pas à surpeupler son appartement.Ainsi lors de notre séjour chez lui 5 personnes sont arrivées un soir .7 guest plus lui et sa femme dans3 chambres...je ne parle pas du bruit., de même quand il se trouve en compagnie de famille et amis le sommeil est compromis, tout cela pour 30 euros..Il est prêt à chercher et conduire les guests à l'aéroport mais le trajet coûte 20 euros au lieu de 10 euros pour un taxi régulier.Le petit déjeuner plutot frugal.Pour nous d'autres choix seraient à recommander . Rouzbeh and his wife Rouzaneck are amazing hosts! Very welcoming,helpful,easygoing and flexible. Your stay in Teheran will be so much easier staying with them. Rouzbeh is always there to help you 24/7 with everything ! The location is also very good near the metrostation. I recommend it 100%.

This Place was extremely clean and the host was really helpful in picking us up at the Metro Station and in describing the way to his place. Thanks a lot for that! Location close to the Metro station was very convenient. From our point of view the conversation with him could have been a bit more inspiring. We had the impression that additional Services offered by him were not too favourable to us.

Very friendly and helpful. When you search a nice and quiet room with good air in Teheran, you should go there. It is situated near to a metro-station. The central international and national bus-terminal is not far away. In noisy and polluted Teheran you will be happy to stay at this nice place. It is modern with a good shower and toilet. And last but not least Rouzbieh and his wife are a very nice couple. I would definitely stay there again.

I really enjoyed the daily breakfast, and will always remember the special moment of the day: the evening tea time that you kindly shared with me. I highly recommend your place to stay, and mostly, your kind attention to detail in many aspects.
