The homestay is located in a popular residential area where you can get a real flavour of Cardiff life. The accommodation comprises a private single bedroom on the ground floor of a detached house, with a separate dedicated WC on the same floor. The house, which has recently been fully refurbished to a very high standard, is located in a mature and a peaceful residential suburb. The property is close to local supermarkets and independent shops and is conveniently located for access to the city centre, universities, colleges and the A48 and M4. John is living in the house, he has extensive experience in hosting domestic and international visitors, and endeavour to ensure the guests feel that they are ‘home away from home'.
