OVERVIEW: - We are professionals, a family of 2 living upstairs in the home - You have the full apartment to yourself (1 bedroom with full access to a kitchen) - Major grocery store located within a 8-min walk and restaurants nearby - Low 6'2ft Ceiling. Bathroom Ceiling is 5'10" (Not recommended for persons over 5'8") - 5-min bus ride to Ossington train/metro station - 25 to 30-min ride to downtown hospitals, ILAC International College, TMU, and UofT - Onsite laundry included (once a week) - We have a very friendly dog named Coco. She's very sweet and quiet, you won't even know she's there! THE SPACE: - This home is a 5min bus ride from Ossington Subway/ Metro (TTC) Station. The subway line can take you almost anywhere in Toronto in under 30 mins - Feel free to consume/ use anything provided in kitchen area *Air conditioning / heating is central for the whole house, kept at 22C/72F degrees all year round.* *Full compensation will be required for damaged/stained linen, such as bedsheets, pillow cases or towels. Feel free to bring your own if you'd like* OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: No events or parties allowed. Camera located at front of entrance to keep everyone safe. Please do your best to treat the house with the same respect as you would do your own. Keep noise to a minimum from 11pm - 7am. *LOW 6'2"ft (188cm) ceiling *LOW 5'10"ft (178cm) washroom ceiling *Not recommended for persons over 5'8" *There is 1 window in the unit - very limited natural light * Limit cooking with fragrant spices due to lingering smells causing issues for future guests Keep in mind that the unit is not soundproof. You may hear our footsteps and quiet voices. The central heating and air conditioning unit is in the basement so you may hear the fan on at times. We have high speed internet and a television available for your personal use.
