ABOUT ME: I am a friendly self-employed professional in the events industry. I travel a lot so sometimes I am not at the apartment. I speak English and some french. I can give you lots of tips on Toronto living and places to go on all budgets. ABOUT STUDIO B: Private and self contained. Room Size: 18'x13' facing south so lots of light. Large Bay window. Single Bed, Desk, TV, Fridge, Microwave, dishes, Coffee Maker, Dining Table, Closet, seating area There are no other areas to share, other than the bathroom with 1 other guest. Cleaning is done Mondays. Pets are permitted: Cleaning Fee $25/day. We sanitize the room, cleaning company steam cleans rugs, beds and chairs prior to the next client. If you have a pet and want to stay for a long period, please reach out to discuss prior to booking. ABOUT NEIGHBOURHOOD Located downtown Toronto, Leslieville neighbourhood. Safe, friendly and 24 hr public transit at our door step. My neighbours are restaurants, cafes, garden centre, grocery store, fast food, gym, parks and 10 minute walk to the beach. My apartment is in a great location on Queen Street East. Transit: 30 second walk to 501 & 503 streetcar line. 7 minute bus to subway.
