It is located next to the Antón Martin metro stop (line 1) and ten minutes from Puerta del Sol, very close to Madrid's cultural triangle. This is a bright apartment, located in a neighborhood with numerous gastronomic and leisure options. The rental price includes supplies of: (electricity, water, natural gas, 1G fiber-optic internet and weekly cleaning of common areas). The apartment has a smart TV and an international youth atmosphere. RENTAL CONDITIONS: The contracts are biweekly: If you sign a contract between the 1st and 15th of a given month, the full month must be paid. However, if you sign a contract between the 16th and 30th of a given month, you only have to pay half a month. Check-in time: 14:00 h - 19:00 h (Monday to Friday, weekdays). Departure time: 9:30am - 12:00pm (Monday to Friday, weekdays.) Check-in/out outside working hours, weekends or holidays: 80 Euros (Check-in after 22:00 is not possible). One-time cleaning at the end of the contract: 40 Euros. Visitors staying more than one night: 40 Euros per night. PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED.
