The studio of approx. 28mt2, located on the 2nd floor, in a building without an elevator.Tastefully decorated and has a spacious and open space that combines the sleeping area, living room, and dining room in a single environment, recently renovated and completely new.
The double bed is comfortable and covered with soft bed linen and fluffy pillows.There is also a sofa and a dining table to enjoy meals at home.The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals, including a microwave, fridge, and kitchen utensils.The private bathroom is clean and has a shower with fluffy towels.It has access to a communal area with a kitchen with an oven, a patio, and a laundry area.
Cleaning is done every 15 days in the common areas and delivery of clean sheets and towels and collection of dirty ones, are included in the price.
