Nice bedroom with street view in a last floor third apartment of 4 bedrooms close to Martim Moniz and Intendant underground. Safe area, shops around.

Nice and lighty apartament, third and last floor of a great condo. 4 pax living here in total. Incredible city view from the balcony. Great location : close to everything, restaurantes, bars, shops, underground. All refurbished in 2019.
4 bedrooms (2 single and 2 double but all only for 1 woman each), one nice kitchen with a nice balcony, one sofa-room, 2 bathrooms (one to share at 3 people and one for the en suite bedroom). Very quiet neighborhood, at 5 minutes walking to the Metro Intendant or Martim Moniz. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops all around. Not a touristic neighborhood but a real Portuges life one !
