If you leave or reserve the apartment before the end of the month, the full month`s rent will be charged.-Uncivil behavior or causing disturbances to neighbors, as well as accommodating more people than allowed by the contract, will be grounds for immediate expulsion without the right to a refund.-Our apartments have noise meters and a night guard.-The wash machine and dryer is in a common area within the building (fifth floor without an elevator).
