A very large sunny individual room single bed in a shared flat on the ground and first floor apartment with shared bathroom , comprising hall, 2 private and 1 common bathroom (shower+sink) and 3 toilets , fully equipped kitchen ,living \dining room and nice garden . The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp ,sink, curtains (type Ikea, ...).We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival . There’s also a washing machine and dryer at the deposal off the tenants in the shared bathroom of the flat . There is a regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat every 2 weeks .
The room is cleaned before arrival and this most be kept clean by the tenant himself during his stay.
The checking in and out are done by an independent expertise office Ageci and the costs are at charges of the tenant .( the price for this is calculated by the expertise office )
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time ).
We 're looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 6 months or longer .
