Nice brand new studio, fully furnished. It has a double bed and a full bathroom, located in the quiet studio. It has a large living-dining room with open kitchen, fully equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The building has an elevator.
The area is superbly served by public transport, as less than 5 min. walk away is the Metro station \;La Latina\; (L5). It also has many bus connections. It is located 12 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and 16 minutes from the Puerta del Sol.
The Administration Fee changes depending on the duration of the contract:
