Approximately 12 square meters in a shared 75m2 apartment with two open living areas including kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, spacious balcony, green shared courtyard (with loungers and raised beds), bike room and cellar.
The room is very bright, quiet and faces the courtyard - west - with a large sealed window wall.
Quiet location, two small parks, Wienerbergsee and Schönbrunn Palace Park nearby.
Transport connections: Tram 62, Badner-Bahn Marx-Meidlinger Strasse right outside the front door; tramway 6\18 Eichenstrasse and Arbeitergürtel 7 minutes’ walk away; U4 and U6 various stations 10 minutes’ walk; Meidling train station 15 minutes’ walk.
Supermarket and pharmacy are around the corner; Vienna’s food market “Gleisgarten” 3 minutes’ walk away; the shopping mile Meidlinger Hauptstrasse 10 minutes’ walk.
Parking lot can be rented; good parking possibilities on the street.
