The apartment is located in VIA COTTOLENGO 6 in the heart of Porta Palazzo , A DEFINITELY MULTI ETHNIC AREA ( if you do have prejudices this is NOT the place for you !)

EXPENSES : € 100 ( water , condo fees , WiFi, insurance, electricity , mentioned as OTHER COST )
GAS : there is a charge for the heat for the winter starting from October to April
€ 50 monthly - compensation against bi-monthly bills
ELECTRICITY : the electricity is included UP TO € 102 monthly .in case the bill exceeds this cost the extra is shared equally from the tenants ( no matter the real.personal use is )
