A cozy 3 bedroom federation style home, the 2 rooms available are the bigger bedroom as well as one of the single rooms. The house is free of pesky family folks and pets. I live in the single bedroom adjoining my workstation area which is located at the back section of the house, (a picture of my workstation is posted). My job involves multi-media work creating websites, promotional DVDs and videos, print media designs etc. much of it done in my work station. Having fun BBQs in the backyard is popular with friends and guests. So is watching movies with a big screen plus home theater style sound system - which is also used as a karaoke if you enjoy a fun singalong..
