Hi! I'm a live in landlord and a remote worker, I live in a new build home in a nice quiet area. -Witham station is a 5/6 minutes drive away (45 mins into London) -Chelmsford is an 8 minute drive away -Aldi is a 5 minutes walk -A 20 minute walk into town I'm looking for a female to rent out one of my double rooms. Preferably a full time worker (not remote) and some one who is not a smoker. ( couples, smokers and men will not be considered ) The room is fully furnished with a chest of drawers, a double ottoman bed, a large mirror and a clothes rail. I have an en-suite so you'll have use of the guest bathroom. The ideal person will need to be very clean, hygienic, considerate and tidy. There are parking bays you are welcome to use. I have a cavapoo puppy. Please take note of this incase you aren't into dogs. Bills included in price. I'm happy to consider all types of stay. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
