If you're an international student or a professional coming to Lima for a few months, we offer a fully furnished 45 m² room with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and private terrace — all within a spacious 500 m² home in San Isidro. We value tranquility, respect for personal space, and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. You'll also have access to shared areas like the garden, living room, laundry, and parking for your bike, with all services included: water, electricity, internet, and bi-weekly cleaning of common areas. There are three girls and me (a guy) living here, so with you, we'll be five people in a multicultural and respectful environment. The neighborhood is one of the safest in Lima, central, and well-connected. I'm an entrepreneur and I run a small business from home on the first floor. It's an online business, so it's very discreet. Everyone in the house works and we all treat this place as a space for focus, relaxation, and peace. I like to work out in the garden and play guitar with my band, but don't worry — I use headphones when I practice at home! Since I was a kid, my family has always welcomed exchange students. I was also an exchange student myself when I spent six months in Germany. Now that I live independently, I've continued this tradition by opening my home to people from around the world who want a safe and welcoming place to stay.
