The apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator and has a fantastic view over the city of Lisbon (on both sides) as it is located on the highest hill in our city.
It also has excellent sun exposure which makes it, together with all the living conditions, an excellent place to spend holidays or telework. There is a good internet connection and cable television with 180 channels. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and living room.
The space
The living room is an excellent spot for a romantic or family dinner or just to enjoy a good wine against the backdrop of the illuminated city.
The enclosed balcony is the perfect space to have breakfast while receiving the first rays of sunlight of the dawning day. On winter days, if it's sunny, this room is always warm.
All rooms are properly sanitized with the appropriate disinfectants.
Guest access
The Graça neighborhood is not convenient for traveling by car as the streets are narrow and parking is not easy.
There are buses and metro nearby (5-10 minutes walk from the apartment) and many taxis and tuc-tucs circulating around the neighborhood.
The best way to get around is on foot as it is a safe neighborhood and close to the city's main attractions.
Other things to keep in mind
The apartment is located in the historic and picturesque neighborhood of Graça and on the highest of Lisbon's seven hills, close to tourist attractions and the city center.
The Graça neighborhood is one of the oldest in the capital and although in recent years it has been in great demand from tourists, it is still possible to feel the most genuine atmosphere in the city. It is full of traditional shops such as fruit shops, bakeries, butchers and shoemakers that share the street with art studios, trendy cafes and restaurants for all tastes.
This is one of the neighborhoods with the best views (river, São Jorge castle, historic center) and with the best terraces (Esplanada da Graça next to the church, café at 8ª Colina). It is also known for its villages full of charm, such as Vila Berta (classified as a complex of public interest) and Vila de Sousa.
Graça is also home to the oldest fair in Lisbon, Feira da Ladra is an unmissable experience both for its typical nature and for what you can find there.
It is also from Graça that the famous tram 28 leaves and travels through the city to the no less famous neighborhood of Campo de Ourique.
The churches of São Vicente de Fora and Graça are some of the most beautiful in the city and a 10-minute walk away is São Jorge Castle.
