On the kitchen and living area it faces an urban street view with a beautiful private terrace, on the bedroom`s side it faces the building shared garden located on the first floor, to which you also will have access and where you can relax in the sun or unwind after a day of exploring the city.

Situated in a calm, family-friendly neighborhood, you'll find local shops and grocery stores just steps away, with easy access to the authentic charm of Lisbon. A 5-minute walk brings you to the famous tram 28, and within 10 - 15 minutes, you can visit iconic landmarks like Lisbon`s Cathedral, Alfama District or the Pantheon. The area is also filled with traditional restaurants where you can savor local cuisine.
