The listed rental price applies to one person. The surcharge for a second person depends on the rental duration. The reservation includes a stay only for registered guests. Any additional person staying overnight is subject to a charge of €12 per night. Guests may have visitors, but visitors staying longer than two hours will be considered additional guests and charged accordingly. Failure to register additional persons may result in the cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund. Sharing the entrance code with others is strictly prohibited. This measure is implemented for security reasons and legal obligations and is essential for the protection of all guests and the host. The shared public area of the building is under video surveillance.
