The house has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and 2 comfortable bedrooms.
0ï¸âƒ£ On the LOWER FLOOR, you will find a small hall. On the left side there is the main bedroom, furnished with a king size bed and a desk, making it ideal for those moments when you need to catch up on work or studies.

FLOOR 1ï¸âƒ£ (Entrance): the main area that unfolds into a welcoming living space furnished with a sofa and internet (up to 200mbps)
The Kitchenette is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay, including dish washer. Complementing, there is a dining table that comfortably seats up to 4 people.
The LAUNDRY area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and some cleaning utensils.
The small sunny TERRACE is furnished with a small table and chairs. It also has two high benches where you can enjoy that tasty breakfast.
FLOOR 2ï¸âƒ£ (UPPER): you`ll find a second bedroom with rustic decor, furnished with a single bed for 2 guests, ideal for additional guests or children.

- The house is located near a railway line. However, trains pass only a few times a day, and the windows provide good sound insulation.
- TV channels are currently not available. However, you can use streaming apps like Amazon Prime or Netflix via the TV menu with your own login.
- The neighborhood is safe, very quiet, and family-friendly. The neighbors are humble but welcoming.
- The best way to get around this area is by car or bus.
