The flat is spacious and bright, with a large dining room and a shared balcony. You will share the space with three respectful and quiet girls. It's a perfect environment to concentrate, relax and enjoy the city.

The location is excellent: in a central and safe neighbourhood, only 7 minutes walk from the centre (Luceros) and 20 minutes from the beach. The TRAM and RENFE train station is only 5 minutes away. In addition, you have supermarkets, bars and cafés less than 3 minutes away, and shops such as El Corte Inglés and Mango within a 10 minute walk.

The room is only for one person and pets are not allowed.
