Looking for a house mate, each of us has a self contained 2 bedroom apartment, in a big 3 story house in Bansko Old Town. I'm on the top floor/ 3rd floor, the apartment for rent is on the 2nd floor with a great mountain view. We are centrally located, 6min walk to the best gym, 7min walk to the best co-working, 8min walk to best coffee in town (possibly Bulgaria), 2min to the best supermarket in town.

Ground floor is a big reception room, through that you enter the courtyard with table and chairs to chill (its where i eat breakfast most mornings), then a little further is the outside kitchen with the best BBQ setup in Bansko hands down. 1 komodo joe, 1 traeger. Also induction hob, air fryer, fridge, table and chairs for dining.

Winter is coming and I will soon setup (probably by end of Sep) a cold plunge tub in the courtyard for early morning dips :)

there are 2 dogs at the property Wachumi and Waski they are mine and live on the ground floor, they are super friendly and chilled.
