The minimum stay is 32 nights and the maximum is 330 nights.

- Landlord's Other Fee: 18% of the total rental value (amount of 1 month calculated in the Rent Summary as \;Other\;. The total amount of the full stay will be charged at the move-in date)
- Deposit (refundable) to be indicated depending on the stay length.

Perfect apartment in Barcelona. Ideal for students and friends who come to spend a monthly stay in the city, this apartment is made up of 3 rooms, one single and the other doubles. Decorated with warm tones, which are nuanced with a large presence of wood, the space is defined by a long corridor that draws its shapes. It culminates in the dining room, where a large and comfortable black sofa stands out, facing a flat-screen TV attached to a stone wall, providing a sophisticated tone. In the dining room, we also find a modern table with transparent chairs, ideal for meals of the day or moments of group study.

- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government\Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and\or have to pay a fine.

- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).

- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
