The apartment itself consists of a large room well-divided into:

- dining area (new table with 4 chairs)
- relaxing area (bright corner with a large sofa and a lower table)
3 new matching lamps (for ceiling, floor and bed) cannot be seen in the attached pictures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, modern cooking plate and oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and all the cooking equipment\utensils you may need.
The washing machine is the bathroom,
together with a modern shower and a couple of cabinets.

Location

This beautiful studio was newly renovated and is centrally located in Kreuzberg between two big city parks called Viktoria and Flaschenhal (southern part of Gleis-Dreieck Park). It lies at the first floor of a respectful old building and faces a quiet courtyard with trees. The large windows, the high ceiling and especially the wooden-tiled floor in the apartment, they all give a \;ALTBAU\; flair and special comfort.
