The flat consists of 2 floors, which are connected by a spiral staircase. The apartment has sunny and white single bedrooms, all fully furnished. There is a big shared kitchen fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, and a dishwasher. It also has 2 dining tables, an oven, and an electric stove. There is an extra space in the storage room. There will be 12 flatmates in this apartment.
The room is in the 6th floor (the second floor of the apartment) has a private bathroom, access to the big terrace, and a private entrance from an external staircase.
Cleaning of the common areas once in 10 days is included in the price
For laundry there is a separate room with 2 washing machines. Each room has a private drying rack.
