Green Area room, the room looks into the garden, the room is 25m2. The room has 2 cupboards, a big table where you can work and leave all your stuff and a big bed and a small table. The room is available from 1 July- 15 Oct 2023. The kitchen and bathroom and toilet of course can be used. The lobby is an entrance that can be used. I finished already my studies I live in the other room, and I might not be here, depending on my job. I will be here but for a couple of weeks not.
The rent is 450 Euro + 100 Euro monthly energy costs, + 450 Euro Deposit. Students preferred.

Juli - 15 October 2023 zur Verfügung. Die Küche sowie Bad und WC können selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden. Die Lobby kann als Eingang genutzt werden.
Ich habe mein Studium bereits abgeschlossen, ich wohne im anderen Zimmer, und ich bin vielleicht nicht hier, abhängig von meinem Job. Ich werde hier sein, aber ein paar Wochen nicht.
