Advanced Management Fee
To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we request a one-time advanced management fee of €150, payable via bank transfer before check-in. This fee covers the registration of your contract, final cleaning, and contract closure.

Once the booking is completed, you will have to sign the contract with the property management company, and pay the deposit no later than 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the booking will be no considered completed and you can’t do the check in
