A parking space may also be rented from the parking hall underneath the building for 110 EUR a month, confirm availability with landlord.
The apartment is available for rent between (hidden), minimum duration 1 month. Deposit is 1 month’s rent, to be returned at the end of the rental contract upon confirmation that the apartment remains in good condition. If you are staying for longer than a month, you must sign your own electricity contract.
Monthly rent depends on the duration of tenancy, ranging from 800 to 1000 EUR per month.
