All-Inclusive Rent:

The rent is ALL INCLUSIVE! This means that all charges for electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, waste collection, furniture, and decoration are included in your rent. No hidden or extra monthly costs will be charged!

Payment Summary
Monthly Rent: €495 for a 1-bed space in a double room.
Deposit: €990 (equivalent to 2 months' rent).
One-Time Fees:
€150: Service fee (includes laundry voucher for 12 washes, bed linen rental, and final cleaning).
€38: Rental contract registration fee.
€2: Tax stamp fee.
Total First Payment: €1,673
(Breakdown: €495 first month’s rent + €990 deposit + €150 service fee + €38 contract registration + €2 tax stamp)
After this, rent payments of €495 per month are due on the 1st of each month.

Cleaning info
The tenants are expected to clean their rooms and shared areas themselves. However, an extra paid cleaning lady for cleaning the toilets and the apartment can be arranged upon request. The price for a cleaning lady is 15 Euro per hour and has to be paid by the students directly to the cleaning lady (OPTIONAL!)
