In the dining room, attached to the kitchen there is another very practical work closet for pantry and storage of sheets, towels, tools, etc. The living room is very spacious and bright and has an outdoor balcony. The hall has a toilet with a very practical shower for dinners and guests, and under the staircase that accesses the second floor there is space to put the bikes or suitcases. The building is beautiful, with high ceilings and with a very nice patio, designed with a combination of stone, glass and wood that gives it a modern point.
