I ´m renting two rooms in a shared apartment for ONLY students (no couples) in the neighborhood of Abastos. The location couldn’t be better; with a Mercadona just below the apartment, the underground stop of Àngel Guimerà 10 minutes by foot, and the city centre of Valencia only in 15-20 minutes on foot. The university of Valencia on Blasco Ibañez is just a 7-minute underground ride from Àngel Guimerà.

The Abastos sports center, which includes a library and a gym, is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious, covering 150m2, and includes four rooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large balcony perfect for sunbathing. It is also equipped with air conditioning.
Rent for the rooms is 535 euros, and each room comes fully furnished with a bed, mattress, duvet, desk, and other essentials. Utilities are not included in the rent. Cleaning of common areas is provided every 15 days and is included in the rental price.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, two fridges, a dishwasher, an iron, an oven, a microwave, and an induction cooker, along with all necessary cooking utensils. The living room features a 50-inch smart TV, perfect for enjoying Netflix with your flatmates.
The rooms are available from the first of February. If you'd like to visit the apartment, please arrange a viewing in advance.
