This lovely room is fully furnished and features a dedicated working area complete with a desk and chair. It also includes a wardrobe, a bedside table with an accompanying lamp, and a comfortable double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The room features panoramic window that spans the entire length of the wall leaving it with plenty of exposer to natural light. As a disclaimer we want to inform you that the flat comes furnished as shown in pictures or with equivalent replacements.

- The rent includes 35€\per person of included bills (extras will be deducted from the security deposit).
- A weekly cleaning of the common areas is also included in the rent.

- Mandatory fee: The amount of €55 for a single bed or €65 for a double bed will be deducted from the security deposit, which corresponds to the basic linen kit that includes: sheets, pillowcases and towels. This kit can be taken by the guest at the end of their stay.
