The Space:
Welcome to my home for 10 years. It has been a product of love and care. Due to work, I spend a lot of time away, and therefor looking for considerate (hidden) guests who can benefit from this wonderful place when I am not home.
Guest Access:
All areas are open. There is a beautiful communal garden shared by three other flats. It includs large grassed lawn, BBQ area, seating for 6+ people and an outdoor pool (season permitting).
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is on the first floor with a staircase to climb. All windows are secondary glazed which keeps the apartment quiet and warm. Children are welcome as long as you are respectful and keep items that could be easily broken out of reach and avoid running in the corridors that may disturb my neighbours. It's worth noting that being an old converted house, you will hear people from the apartment above occasionally however it is never disruptive.
