This monthly rental apartment in Dreta de l'Eixample combines spaciousness, comfort and Barcelona charm. The living room is spacious, very bright and has direct access to an outdoor balcony overlooking the street. Right next to it, another interior balcony with chairs offers a quiet corner ideal for reading or relaxing outdoors. In a nearby space, there is a work area with table and chair, perfect for those who need a comfortable place to study or work remotely.
The kitchen is independent and is equipped with all the necessary appliances, from oven and microwave to dishwasher. In addition, the apartment has a practical separate laundry area, equipped with washing machine and dryer.
In the night area there are three bedrooms. Two of them are doubles and share a pleasant interior terrace with table and chair, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a private environment.
