Its excellent location allows you to reach the historic center in a few minutes of pleasant walk going up the river Arno, or the nearby Cascine Park, considered the green lung of the city.

We kindly inform you that for stays over 30 nights, Guests are required to complete the AA4\8 form for the Italian Revenue Agency, which is essential for obtaining the necessary Tax Code for the stay.
This step is mandatory for contract registration purposes and must be completed before arrival please.
