The room is approx. 10.75 m2 in size, quiet, bright and fully furnished - bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, etc. are available. The window faces northeast, so it stays pleasantly cool in summer. The space is compact but very usable - I have lived there myself for almost 2 years now and never felt the need for a larger room.

Shared flat living:
I'm 22 and studying automotive engineering at Ostfalia.
I'm looking for someone with whom I get on well - not a functional flat share, but also not forced to do everything together. I am generally open to joint activities, but privacy is of course respected. I'm reliable, tidy and open to exchange - but also to retreat. Basically, I would describe the flat share as quiet\relaxed and would like to live together in a pleasant, respectful atmosphere.
