Euro Spar ,Hofer, Spar, Gyms, DM, banks are one block away. There are two gyms which are very closely located to the flat which are SportUnionDoebling and FitFabrik. Perfect for running along the Donau River or the Währinger Park.

Use the toilet in a seated position, no shoes inside the flat. Please leave everything clean in particular the kitchen. If you want to invite guest, let me know in advance.
