The apartment measures 33 m2 and consists of a combined bed- and living room with a double bed (140 cm) and a separate kitchen, bath with a tub and WC. The apartment is furnished and equipped with sheets, towels and household goods.

The House was renovated a few years ago, new fassade was made as well as new windows installed.
In the house there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a shared space to store bikes.

The apartment is located in the twenty first district near Floridsdorfer Spitz, veterinarian university, Alte Donau (old Danube). Close to Metroline U6 (Floridsdorf) and Schnellbahn (local train) - only 15 minutes to City Center\Wien Mitte.
It is a very green area for people who like sports and nature - near Alte Donau\Wasserpark. You can enjoy walks, biking, skating and in summer swimming, paddling, sailing, rowing on the old arm of the danube.
It is a paradise within the city. Along the shore there are lots of nice restaurants and cafés to hang out.
Great Shopping facilities nearby (Floridsdorfer Hauptstraße).

To public transport it is a short walk of 3 minutes.
