The Apartment:
This spacious duplex apartment is located in the charming old city quarter of “Žabjak,” just a few steps from the Ljubljanica River and only 800 meters from the main square in Ljubljana's historical centre. Situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional low-rise building (without elevator access), it offers a warm, character-filled stay with plenty of space for families or small groups.

On the first floor of the apartment, you'll find a generous living area featuring a dining corner with a table for six, a sofa that converts into a bed (130 x 190 cm), two armchairs, and an LCD TV. The living space flows into a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, and all necessary dishes and utensils. This level also includes a large bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an additional single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with free wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) internet, CATV, air conditioning, an iron with an ironing board, and a hairdryer.

Upstairs, in the cozy mansard, there is a second bedroom with two single beds and a quiet working corner—ideal for guests who may need a productive space during their stay.

- There is no elevator in the building.
