The balcony is connected to the living room. It faces the courtyard (as the whole apartment does), and is therefore very quiet.

The apartment is conveniently situated next to metro station Währinger Straße. From there, you can reach Ringstraße - the boulevard surrounding the historic center - in 7 minutes by tram.
