The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ\german TV license fee).

Couples allowed: 100€ more monthly rent.

Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in and a deposit of 950€ which needs to be payed right after booking to the landlord: flat-mate via bank transfer.
