Two bedrooms are used by the family, consisting of Imran's wife Kahkashan, who looks after the kitchen, menu and cuisines besides housekeeping, and his 16 year old daughter Khadeeja, who interacts with guests besides helping them while dinning or the use of Internet. An organic vegetable kitchen garden on the eastern & northern sides. A lower ridge of Shivalik hills ascends from about 15m from the bungalow. A perennial water canal flows on the back of the house adds to the multiple habitats for great bird watching adjoining the Bungalow. A small 10-15 households Kumaoni village offers opportunities for cultural interaction. Nearby weekly village market adds more flavour to the whole experience
