I have rooms on the top floor, and on the ground floor, comfortable modern rooms where I can receive you, free wifi, nice terrace, or common room, music room, you can use the kitchen on the ground floor that is exclusively for guests, it is equipped: fridge , stove, microwave, etc. if you want to use them. With a beautiful daily dining room where we share as a family, I have 4 teenage children, two of my daughters speak English. I am located 10 minutes from the land terminal or the Guayaquil airport.
